Stop the presses! Hold your horses!

This year we are all tipping our Mint Julep glasses to Jim and Ida May (Gus) Tafel. Jim and Gus are the owners of the 3 year old thoroughbred named Street Sense. Street Sense was this year's winner of the Kentucky Derby. Shown on the left is Street Sense ridden by jockey Calvin Borel on their way to victory at Churchill Downs. The picture on the lower left is Jim Tafel speaking with trainer Carl Nafzger.
